These terms cover use of the website only. Any building project we agree to undertake for you is governed by a separate, signed building contract — not by these terms.
Who we are
Parkway Homes is a custom home builder on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. We are VBA-registered (DB-U 21534) and a member of the Housing Industry Association (No. 503295).
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — for example, to learn about our work and to send us an enquiry. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or underlying infrastructure.

Enquiries, quotes, and estimates
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract with us. Any indicative price, timeline, or scope we share in response to a website enquiry is an estimate only and may change once we have full information about your block, your plans, your inclusions, and current build costs.
A binding agreement only exists when both parties have signed a written building contract.
Content on the Site
Project photos, floor plans, written content, and the overall design of the Site belong to Parkway Homes or to the photographers, designers, and architects we have engaged. They are shown for inspiration and reference only. Please do not republish or modify them without our written consent.
Some images may depict completed homes that include client choices, finishes, landscaping, or styling that are not part of a standard Parkway Homes build. Your home will be built to your own specifications and contract.
Accuracy
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything on it is current, complete, or free of errors. Pricing, availability, and specifications change. Always confirm the details that matter to you with us in writing before relying on them.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites for your convenience (for example, our Google Reviews page or an industry body). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
